Sadia Shaheen is a Faculty of Educational Psychology and Guidance to the B.Ed. (Hons) Sec. Students, Educational Psychology and Child Development to the B.Ed. (Hons) Elem. students. She is the course facilitator for the short CPD course of Certificate in School Counseling (CSC) at NDIE. She also conducts professional development sessions for cooperative schools. She is a former faculty member at the College of Accounting and Management Sciences (CCBIT) where she taught Human Behavior to students of BBA. Sadia has presented papers in national and international conferences at the University of Karachi. She has worked as a primary and secondary school teacher, as a principal at St. Luke’s High School and St. Philip’s High School, wrote training modules for teachers of four districts of Sindh for ESRAUSAID programme, facilitated in writing integrated curriculum and conducted workshops and sessions on continuous professional development. Her research interests include child development, teachers’ efficacy, restorative discipline and behaviour modification.
