Principals, coordinators and teachers of various schools participated in this short CPD course. The focus of the course was to align intellectual and performance virtues with civic and moral virtues for transforming individuals and society. Participants were involved in various reflective, analytical and hands-on activities to understand that virtues are to be role modelled to inspire students as future leaders. The participants highlighted that care, honesty, respect, trustworthiness, mercy, tolerance, openness, courage, sincerity, acceptance, relationship and helpfulness are some of the virtues that should be embedded in school culture.
