Our recent visit to the national museum provided the opportunity to explore galleries showcasing the artefacts and monuments from various historical periods. We were amazed by the intricate details of ancient sculptures, traditional clothing, and everyday items that once belonged to different cultures such as Harappa and Mohenjo-daro. Each gallery showcased a unique story, allowing us to connect with the past in a way that text never could. We came across the craftsmanship of the items that dated back centuries and learned about the historical context that shaped them. Engaging with these artefacts and discussing these with classmates added a layer of fun and excitement to our learning, making the trip truly unforgettable.
